Biographical Sketch: Rachel recently completed a clerkship with Justice Stephen Breyer of the United States Supreme Court. Previously she clerked for Chief Justice Margaret Marshall of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Judge Guido Calabresi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She also served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley. Rachel received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where she participated in the Epstein Program in Public Interest Law and Policy.
